A: It’s on the second floor.
Q: Your unit looks great, but I really

ground floor
unit?
A: I’m happy to check with my neighbors
and see if there is something else available.
Q: Does it have a
view?
A: Yes, we have an ocean view. We’re
near a pedestrian walkway and also enjoy seeing
local families coming and going to the beach on
Sundays.
Q: How far is it from the
beach?
A: The complex is right on the beach.
You don’t have to cross a road or anything. From
our unit you walk down the stairs, past the pool
and across the grounds. I think it’s about 100
yards.
Q: What is the
beach
like?
A: The beach is gorgeous—white sand and
no rocks. It’s
50 yards wide, few waves due to the protection
of the reef and it’s part of the national park.
The white sand is always cool to walk on no
matter how warm it is. Some sea grass washes up
on the beach at night but a raking tractor
cleans it up every morning.
Q: Are there any taxes, cleaning fees or
additional charges?
A: Taxes and cleaning fees are included
in the rental price. We collect a $100 damage
deposit when you arrive. It’s fully refundable
upon check-out if there’s no damage and the keys
are returned. It’s also customary to tip the
maids approx $2 per day.
Q: What time is
check in?
A: Check in is at 4:00 p.m. but
sometimes the unit is ready earlier.
Q: What time is
check out?
A: Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Q: How do you handle
payment?
A: 50% is paid to reserve your dates.
The remainder is paid to our manager upon
arrival. A personal check is just fine for the
deposit. The payment to our manager upon arrival
has to be in cash or travelers checks.
Q: Do you take
credit cards?
A: We can take Paypal, but there is an
additional 3% fee.
Q: Is there
maid service?
A: Yes, there’s light housekeeping six
days a week.
Q: Is there
internet?
A: Yes, there’s free wifi.
